Services Export Promotion Council

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, with a view to give proper direction, guidance and encouragement to the Services Sector set up an exclusive Export Promotion Council for Services in the name of Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC). The Council since its inception in 2006 has been instrumental in facilitating exports of services. SEPC has following broad roles and responsibilities:

  • To create business opportunities for the services exporters-aspiring ones and the existing ones.
  • To act as a platform between Government and Industry in order to provide policy inputs, take up issues of industry, provide insight on global markets (existing and emerging) in terms of opportunities, challenges and regulatory frameworks.
  • To facilitate exports by formulating business enablers like incentives and designing suitable market oriented promotional events and activities.
  • To provide various grants and schemes announced by Ministry of Commerce, related line Ministries and State Governments.

New Membership Registration Fees

SEPC is committed to support services exporters and accordingly, this is to inform you that SEPC is waiving off the onetime admission fees in regard to new membership registration (RCMC) for FY 2024-25. The revised fees details for new RCMC as below:

How to become a member?

Applicant has to fulfil a very minimum documentary requirement for new membership registration as details below:
